Terms of service
These terms describe the basic relationship between the service and account holder. Production launch requires review for the operator's legal entity and jurisdiction.
Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern use of StreamVaultPro by an account holder and form an agreement with StreamVaultPro. By creating an account, requesting a trial, purchasing a plan, or using the service, the account holder confirms legal capacity and authority to accept these terms.
If the account holder does not accept the terms, the service should not be used. Additional checkout or offer conditions form part of the agreement for the relevant order.
Accounts and security
Account information must be accurate, current, and controlled by the account holder. Credentials and activation details are private and may not be sold, published, or used to evade plan limits.
- Use a unique password and keep the account email available.
- Do not attempt to access another customer, tenant, order, or administrative route.
- Notify support promptly about suspected compromise or unauthorized use.
- The operator may suspend access needed to investigate security, fraud, abuse, or a material terms violation.
Plans, availability, and supported devices
The selected checkout summary identifies the plan reference, price, duration, connection allowance, and applicable offer terms. Marketing pages are informative; the confirmed order record governs when values differ.
Content, event, channel, app, device, region, and technical availability can change. Playback also depends on the account holder's device, player, home network, internet provider, and location. The operator does not guarantee that every item is continuously available on every device.
Acceptable use
The service may be used only for lawful, personal, or expressly approved reseller purposes and within the selected connection limits.
- Do not bypass security, connection limits, geographic controls, or payment requirements.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell without approval, or interfere with the service or another user.
- Do not upload malicious code or use the service for fraud, harassment, infringement, or unlawful distribution.
- Approved resellers must follow their agreement and communicate plans, offers, and refund terms accurately.
Payments, renewal, and cancellation
The checkout flow must show the payable amount and payment method before confirmation. Payment information is handled by an approved provider where indicated. Taxes, exchange rates, or provider fees may depend on location and method and should be disclosed before confirmation when applicable.
Renewal can be manual or automatic only as stated in the confirmed order. Account holders should review the dashboard and order message for the actual end date and renewal method. Cancellation stops future service or renewal according to the order terms; it does not automatically create a refund.
Changes, suspension, and responsibility
The operator may update service features or these terms for security, legal, operational, or commercial reasons. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate channel and apply prospectively as required by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable consumer and contract law, liability exclusions and limits must be stated in the production legal version and cannot exclude rights or responsibility that law does not permit the operator to exclude. Contact [email protected] before purchase if an essential term is unclear.
